Terms and Conditions
This Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitutes an official and public offer by the Seller to enter into a distance sales contract for the purchase of products displayed on the website www.nove.ua.
In accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is a public contract, and its terms apply equally to all Buyers regardless of their legal status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor), without granting preference to any Buyer.
By placing an order through the Website, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, liability, and all other provisions set forth herein.
The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the Buyer clicks the “Confirm Order” button during the checkout process and receives electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.
1. Definitions
1.1 Terms & Conditions
A public proposal made by the Seller to an indefinite number of persons to enter into a distance sales agreement for the purchase of goods under the terms set forth herein.
1.2 Product or Service
Any item offered for sale on the Website that has been selected by the Buyer, added to the shopping cart, or purchased remotely from the Seller.
1.3 Online Store
The Seller's website located at www.nove.ua, established for the purpose of concluding retail and wholesale purchase agreements through the Internet based on the Product descriptions provided by the Seller.
1.4 Buyer
An individual who has reached the age of 18 and possesses legal capacity, or a legal entity or sole proprietor, who places an order through the Website for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity.
1.5 Seller
Sole Proprietor Viktor Viktorovych Kharchenko (Registration No. 2205606759), duly registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Product to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2
The Agreement is considered accepted and concluded once the Buyer submits an order through the Website and receives confirmation from the Seller in electronic form.
At the Buyer's request, the Agreement may additionally be executed in written form.
3. Placing an Order
3.1
Orders may be placed independently through the Website checkout process, by email, or by telephone using the contact details provided on the Website.
3.2
The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing an order if the information provided by the Buyer is incomplete, inaccurate, or raises reasonable doubts regarding its authenticity.
3.3
When placing an order, the Buyer must provide:
• Full name
• Delivery address (where applicable)
• Contact telephone number
• Tax identification number (for legal entities and sole proprietors)
3.4
The Product name, quantity, SKU, and price are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart at the time of purchase.
3.5
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided when placing an order.
4. Pricing and Delivery
4.1
All prices displayed on the Website are listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2
The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices at any time. However, the price of a Product already paid for in full may not be changed unilaterally.
4.3
Product prices displayed on the Website do not include delivery costs unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.4
Delivery charges are paid separately by the Buyer according to the rates of the selected carrier.
4.5
Ownership of the Product and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Product or upon transfer of the Product to the carrier selected by the Buyer.
