DELIVERY IN UKRAINE
- Order processing is carried out after full payment.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the moment of payment. Processing and dispatch times may increase during holidays or/and seasonal sales.
- Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" company within 1-3 days from the moment of dispatch.
- Delivery of goods is at the customer's expense according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs. The sender indicates the full value of the items being sent.
- Pickup from our NOVE showroom at Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard 5a is also possible, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM by prior arrangement.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
- International delivery is carried out by "Ukrposhta" or "Nova Poshta" companies.
- The choice of carrier company may be changed individually after discussion with the customer. The cost is calculated based on weight and destination country according to the logistics service's tariffs.
- Please also note that due to the current situation in Ukraine, international postal services may experience delays.
- Nove is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees related to customs clearance in your country, as well as for delays by postal carriers and delays related to customs regulations of recipient countries.
- Before arranging international delivery, the customer must independently familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations regarding customs clearance of goods in their country.
- Nove brand does not deliver to countries such as Russia and Belarus.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods:
- Non-cash payment on the website. Payment is made to the current account after order confirmation.
- Cash or card in our showroom at Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard 5a (payment in the showroom)
Upon completion of your order, you will be provided with our payment details. After payment, we recommend that you notify us by email nove.coat@gmail.com or by phone. This will speed up the payment processing and order transfer to the delivery service.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
- The buyer has the right to return or exchange purchased goods of proper quality if they were not satisfied with the color, style, size, or for other reasons. (Part 1, Article 9 of Law of Ukraine No. 1023 on Consumer Rights Protection).
- Exchange can be made for a similar item of a different size if available, or for another item from the assortment.
- Goods exchange is carried out within 3 business days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned goods, provided that an item for exchange is available in the store's assortment.
- The buyer has the right to return the item provided that its marketable condition is preserved (in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging).
- The buyer has the right to return the purchased item if the item: - has not been worn; - has not been used for photo or video sessions; - has not been subjected to various manipulations (washing, hemming, cutting); - has all tags and labels; - has no signs of wear, stains (including from deodorant and foundation), foreign odors (including deodorant or perfume).
- The buyer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the moment of order delivery to the Nova Poshta branch.
- Items made to the client's individual measurements (in particular, tailored to their height) are not subject to exchange and return. (Part 5, Article 13 of Law of Ukraine No. 1023 on Consumer Rights Protection).
- All transportation costs associated with the exchange or return of goods are covered by the buyer.
- By not indicating the full value of the goods upon return, the buyer agrees to receive compensation from Nova Poshta for the specified amount in case of damage or loss of the parcel.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer a return of goods if one of the conditions listed is not met.
PROCEDURE
- In Kyiv, exchange or return of goods is possible using "Nova Poshta" courier service, or you can independently bring the goods to our showroom at Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard 5a, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM by prior arrangement.
- In Ukraine, exchange or return of goods is possible using "Nova Poshta" services.
